A persona is an interface optimized for specific business types, combining features, functions, and workflows that allow users to interact with the system in an optimal manner for their business. With personas, you assign the right one to each terminal — and run multiple concepts under one roof on a single back end.

Yes. Nimble has a single unified code base that supports Windows, Android and iOS, and can deploy on Windows, Android or iOS terminals/tablets.

No. Nimble is processor agnostic — there is no payment lock-in. This lets you select the processor that gives you the best rates.

Nimble uses a semi-integrated architecture that keeps the system out of PCI scope — no credit card data is ever in the system. Its integration with processor devices requires no gateway or network limitations and no VAR sheets.

Yes. Nimble is fully white-label capable and white-label ready — from a simple themed instance under a partner's brand to a fully private, separately deployed app.

Yes. Nimble supports ISOs, banks, ISVs, and technology partners with white-label programs, revenue sharing, and co-supported or fully supported deployments. The Nimble Partner Portal puts demos, documentation, training, and sales enablement in one place for ease of access and scale to your agents to help win and/or transition business.

Nimble lets banks compete with integrated payment providers without ceding the merchant relationship, the processing revenue, or control of the portfolio. Because it's processor-agnostic, Nimble sits on top of your acquiring relationship, retains processing volume, and opens a recurring software revenue line.

Nimble increases processing placements because it is fully processor-agnostic, covers the merchants standard platforms miss — butcher shops, markets, mixed-use, catering, and more — and increases merchant stickiness, since a merchant on a purpose-built POS is significantly harder to poach than one on a generic terminal.

The Nimble software is offered as a SaaS subscription. Product SaaS starts at $50/mo per register, which is inclusive of nearly all features and modules in a given Persona, with white-label/licensing options and private-instance tiers available. Nimble looks to provide clear pricing guidance and avoid nickel-and-diming its customers. More complete pricing can be discussed on an introductory call.

Yes. Support and training are delivered through the Nimble Portal, which provides guided onboarding and enablement, portal-based training and support, onboarding, role-based learning paths, support tickets, docs and status, and reporting. Nimble supports a Channel partner at no cost and can support the end-merchant for a per-location monthly fee or a corresponding split of the processing residual revenue.
